CRA’s TERMS & CONDITIONS
Incentive Period: January 1st to December 31st 2024

  1. Eligibility is limited to sales representatives of CRA’s dealers participating in the eLearning and Reward
    program.
  2. Only eligible Sales Representatives located within Canada may participate. Offer is subject to all
    applicable federal, provincial and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. Eligible Dealer must be in good credit standing during and at the conclusion of the incentive period to
    qualify.
  4. Orders must be placed, and credit approved during the qualifying incentive period for the eligible
    Dealer to qualify for incentive payments.
  5. Invoices issued to the dealer and to end user are required as proof of sale and must be included with
    the online claim form in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
  6. It is the responsibility of the Dealer and/or Sales Representative to provide Icom radio serial numbers
    for all applicable radios sold and claimed toward the reward program. Reward Applications that are
    improperly filled out are subject to refusal.
  7. Registered sales representatives must complete the manufacturer’s modules and pass the exams in
    order to qualify and submit claims.
  8. Incentive payments will be made via direct deposit to the qualifying participant
  9. All transactions are subject to validation.
  10. CRA reserves the right to audit any claim and request additional documentation to qualify the claim.
    CRA reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel this program (in whole or in part) at any time with or
    without reason, without prior notice.
  11. To receive incentive dollars, the eligible Sales Representative is responsible for providing CRA all
    radio serial numbers for applicable radios sold, as well as End User Industry details and corresponding
    sales representative details.
  12. Claims are honored from the date of purchase by end-user but cannot exceed 6 months from the
    original shipment date from the manufacturer to the dealer.
  13. Claim submissions will be processed on a quarterly basis.
  14. A T4A form will be sent to each sales representative who receives an incentive payment.

Important Note:
Claims for sales made in 2025 must be submitted no later than January 31st, 2025 to receive 2022
payout rates.
