Charles founded CRA in 1992 with a simple thesis: a great manufacturer and a great dealer should never have to find each other by accident. Thirty-plus years later, that thesis has hardened into a system, seven complementary brands, a certified dealer network, and an operating platform that pays the right people, on the right cadence, for the right work.
Charles holds the line that every partnership is earned twice: first by the manufacturer who proves the product, and again by the dealer who proves they can sell it. The result is the channel CRA's customers know us for.
