These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the charlesricher.com website and the services provided by Charles Richer & Associés (“CRA”, “we”, “our”). By accessing this site or any portal we operate, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the site
The content of this site is provided for general information and the marketing of CRA’s services and the products of our manufacturer partners. It does not constitute a contractual offer. We may modify the content at any time without notice.
2. Manufacturer brands
All manufacturer logos, product names and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion indicates a representation relationship with CRA, not endorsement by them of every statement on this site.
3. Dealer portal & account access
Access to the dealer portal (My Portal) and the CRA Sales Elite platform is provided to certified dealers and authorized manufacturer representatives only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering or submitting claims.
- CRA may suspend or terminate access at its discretion in case of misuse, inactivity, or breach of these terms.
- Commission calculations, tier progression and settlement timing are governed by the dealer agreement, not by this site.
4. Privacy
We collect only the information you submit through our forms and the minimum technical data required to operate the site (analytics, security logs). We do not sell personal information. For a full description see our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The CRA name, slogan, original copy and design system are the property of Charles Richer & Associés. You may reproduce short excerpts with attribution for editorial purposes; commercial reuse requires written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law CRA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
