How the CRA Sales Elite Platform Works

Submit your sales, track your progress, and earn incentives through a transparent manufacturer approved process.

The CRA Sales Elite Platform allows participating sales representatives and dealers to submit qualifying sales claims, monitor approved sales volume, and track their progress toward incentive tiers across participating manufacturers. All claims are validated through the platform to ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy.

A Simple Process Designed for Sales Performance

The platform connects training, sales claim submission, manufacturer approval, sales tracking, and commission calculation in one system. Once a sale is approved, it contributes to your cumulative sales volume for the applicable manufacturer and period.

Who Can Participate

To submit sales claims and qualify for incentives, participants must complete the required manufacturer certification for each participating vendor. Claims can only be submitted for manufacturers for which the participant has completed training.

Certification is mandatory before any claim can become eligible for incentive calculation.

How to Submit a Sales Claim

Each qualifying sale must be submitted through the CRA platform using the claim form.

Claims are reviewed by the manufacturer before they are approved. Only approved claims contribute to your sales total and tier progress.

How Claims Are Reviewed

Once submitted, each claim moves through a structured approval workflow. The manufacturer verifies the transaction details, validates the documentation, and confirms eligibility before the sale is approved.

How Sales Are Tracked in the Platform

The platform tracks approved sales using points.

100 points = $1 in approved sales volume

Points are used internally by the platform to track your approved sales volume. Incentive thresholds are always communicated in dollars for clarity, while the dashboard may also display the equivalent point value.

$1,000

100,000 pts

$10,000

1,000,000 pts

$25,000

2,500,000 pts

$75,000

7,500,000 pts

Your dashboard balance reflects approved sales volume tied to incentive tracking. Once a payout period is processed, the related balance for that settled period should no longer appear as unpaid progress.

How Commissions Are Calculated

Manufacturers are divided into two groups based on payout frequency.

A. Volume Manufacturers

These are measured and paid quarterly.

  1. Icom

  2. Impact

  3. TCED

  4. EMWave

B. Strategic Manufacturers

These are measured annually and paid once per year.

  1. JPS

  2. Davicom

Manufacturer Incentive Structure

Manufacturers are divided into two groups based on payout frequency.

Manufacturer Category Payout Frequency Tier 1 Threshold Tier 1 Incentive Tier 2 Threshold Tier 2 Incentive Tier 2 Funding

Davicom Strategic Annual $25,000 1.5% $75,000 3.0% 1.5% CRA + 1.5% Davicom
Category Incentive Limit
Volume Manufacturers $3,000 per quarter
Strategic Manufacturers $5,000 per year

When Incentives Are Paid

Payout timing depends on manufacturer category.

Manufacturer Category Payment Timing
Volume Manufacturers Quarterly
Strategic Manufacturers Annually

At the close of each calculation period, approved sales are finalized, the applicable tier calculation is applied, incentive limits are enforced, and payouts are processed.

How Tier Calculation Works

The platform uses a progressive tier structure. This means each portion of your approved sales is calculated within the corresponding tier band.

Example for a volume manufacturer:
If a participant has $40,000 in approved quarterly Icom sales

First $10,000

Next $15,000

Remaining $15,000

Example for a strategic manufacturer:
